The legendary partnership between Aston Martin and Zagato began in 1960 with the iconic DB4 GT Zagato and continues to define bespoke automotive craftsmanship. In 2016, the collaboration entered a new era with the launch of a new Vanquish Zagato Collection based on the then new Vanquish S, comprising the Coupe, Volante, Speedster, and Shooting Brake.
The Shooting Brake was unveiled at the prestigious Monterey Car Week in August 2017 with production run limited to just 99 cars worldwide, with 48 in right hand drive.
This particular Shooting Brake registered to its first custodian in August 2019, is a remarkable piece of Aston Martin history with it being the Pre-Production Prototype Car, crafted by Aston Martin as a “Show Car” and featured in some of the cars launch and promotional materials. As the Pre-Production Car, it benefits from an extraordinary specification, including the prestigious Villa d’Este Package! A tribute to the Concorso D’Eleganza held at Villa d’Este, Lake Como where the Vanquish Zagato was first unveiled in 2016!
